Questions about Ink
Does Ink connect to Printful or Printify?
Ink is the storefront. Keep using Printful, Printify or your own printer for fulfilment; they receive orders, including personalization, as usual.
Where do personalization details go?
Text, lettering and uploaded photos are saved on the order as line item properties, visible in Shopify admin and passed to most print apps.
Is the live preview a print proof?
No, it's an approximate preview on the mockup so shoppers can see their name. Your print file is made from the order details.
How does "This design is also on" work?
Tag products design:Your Design and create a collection with the handle design-your-design. Ink links them together.
How does the license work?
One payment of $149 covers one Shopify store, with free updates for life and a 14-day refund.
