Pre-sale FAQs

Can I use Free Shopify Landing Page Template version for my client’s website?

You can use all of our free Shopify Landing Page templates for your client's website. But you must to keep copyright information if you use FREE license. In case you want to launch it without copyright, you just pay $50 to get copyright removal. Give us your site url, admin login via this form, so we can process it.

What payment methods that we’re accepting?

We accept payment via Paypal, so you can process payment with Paypal balance. Paypal supports to pay with credit card as well.

Where can I download Shopify template after having purchased?

You have two ways to download templates:

1/ If you haven’t registered with us during checkout, you can download template via notification email after purchasing, please also check ‘Spam’ box because sometimes our email reaches to this box instead of ‘Inbox’. At this case, download link will be expired within 24 hours, so don’t miss it. Note: you can contact us to ask about creating your account in Customer Area.

2/ If you already registered with us, so you can Login to Customer Area, so you can see your order and download it after checkout.

Can I use your Shopify themes on multiple sites?

It depends on your plan. With Landing Page option, you can use all of templates and use it for your multiple-site without costing. With Multiple Page options, depend on your license, you can use it for one or many domains.

About Agency option, you can use all templates for unlimited domains you want.

Will you help me with template installation?

With Multiple Pages option and Agency option, we offer Free Install Service for one domain (with more domains, you need to order Install Service). With Landing Page option, you must follow an instruction from us and install it by yourself. Don’t worry, we have clear instruction and document to save your time!

How about the Support Service?

We provide support service via our Ticket Support System. Please don’t hesitate to submit new support question if you have any problems or need assistant. Your request will be answered within 12 – 24 hours. We’re very happy to help you solve problem that you got with our products.

Is eComify template support mobile/tablet display?

Sure! All Shopify templates from eComify supports mobile/tablet devices with responsive layout which means your site has a good layout display whenever viewed by mobile/tablet devices.

What if I need customization task for Shopify template ?

We also provide customization task for templates, just fill the desc for your project, let us know which template you want to use and your content, so we will review and inform the most reasonable cost for your project! Very attractive price as well!

How about the Agency option?

This option includes all Shopify Landing Page Templates and all Shopify Multiple-page Themes on our system. 

How about license for pictures on demo content?

All pictures used in our Shopify templates are under Creative Commons Zero (CC0), so you can use it without any issues.

How about refund policy?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. You can refer more information here.

How to import PageFly page(s)

Option 1: Import as a new page

You can easily import pages by clicking the “Import” button on the page listing and following these steps:

  • Step 1: Click on the Import button (next to the Export button)
  • Step 2: Select a .pagefly file to upload. Multiple pages can be imported.

It’s only possible to import files once they are in .pagefly format.

Option 2: Import a new page to replace a current page

  • Step 1: In the page list, click the 3 horizontal dots icon named for the page you want to import to (destination page), then choose the Import option.
  • Step 2: Select the .pagefly file that you got after exporting the page. Note that only valid .pagefly files are accepted.
  • Step 3: Choose “I understand that images will not be imported”
  • Step 4: Click on the Import button.
