One license covers one Shopify store, for as long as the store exists. Using the theme on another store needs another license. The theme can't be resold or shared.

How are files delivered?
With Shopify's free Digital Downloads app, or apps like SendOwl. Folio is the storefront: it shows licenses, previews and what's included.
How do licenses work?
Add a License option to your product with Personal, Commercial and Extended values, each with its own price. The comparison block explains what each allows.
Can I give products away for free?
Yes. Set the price to $0 and Folio shows it as Free. The free sample section can also tag email sign-ups.
Does checkout ask for a shipping address?
Not if your products are set to not require shipping, which is how digital products should be set up in Shopify.
How does the license work?
One payment of $149 covers one Shopify store, with free updates for life and a 14-day refund.
